Return Policy

NO RETURNS! Exchanges Only! You can exchange any item purchased on A.G.M Online Store within 20 days of the delivery date.

  1. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue an exchange. 

 

Once your package reaches A.G.M, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your exchange to be processed. If your exchange does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your exchange has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

Delivery in 5-7 working days                         $ 11.00

Lioness is made- to- order! A.G.M lead time is (5) business days + shipment days.

Delivery times begin one business day after the order is completed.

You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number.. Visit MyOrder to keep the most up-to-date status of your order.

 

USPS is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our distribution center, approx. 2-3 business days from order date.

 

A.G.M is closed for all major holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. A.G.M is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to incorrect shipping address or unclaimed packages.

Payment Policy
Payment of the price of the products, shipping and delivery costs must be made using one of the methods indicated on the order form. Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.

At A.G.M we offer alterations as well as made to order garments. Simply make a note during check out and one of our reps will follow up. The total amount will differ after alteration or made to order garments.
